The Case for Opening of Scream (3):
Few movies have so effortlessly
revitalized an entire genre the way Scream did back in 1996, and a major
factor in that success was the opening of the film: The now-iconic
question 'What's your favorite scary movie?' followed by the brutal
murder of the (at the time) biggest star in the film - Drew Barrymore.
By the time Casey's mother walked out the door, moviegoers knew they
were in for a treat - one of the best slasher films ever made.
The Case for When I Was On Top of You: Sometimes a man loves a horse so much, he sings a song about it. And maybe, if you have a dirty mind, the song reads as being about something else entirely. Shame on you for thinking that!
