Battle of Movie Moments: The Tale of Mister Babadook vs. Pirin Tablets

Your Champion
The Tale of Mister Babadook (The Babadook)

VS

Your Challenger
Pirin Tablets (The Birdcage)

The Case for The Tale of Mister Babadook (1):
Sometimes you read a book so scary you cannot finish it, as Amelia (Essie Davis) finds when reading a children's book her son Samual (Noah Wiseman) picks out one night.  From this point on, both mother and child find themselves haunted by the creature, forgetting that once he has been invited in, you cannot get rid of him...

The Case for Pirin Tablets:
Sometimes you need to cater to the whims of your star, and sometimes you just want her to calm down and do her damn job.  In The Birdcage, Armand (Robin Williams) is trying to get the latter result when he is assisted by a moment of brilliance from Agador (Hank Azaria), who offers Starina (Nathan Lane) some 'Pirin Tablets' to help her perform.

Battle of Movie Moments: Ridiculous Revenge vs. The Tale of Mister Babadook

Your Champion
Ridiculous Revenge (The Emperor's New Groove)

VS

Your Challenger
The Tale of Mister Babadook (The Babadook)

The Case for Ridiculous Revenge (2):
This bit from The Emperor's New Groove is Yzma at her best:  Long, convoluted revenge followed by a pragmatic approach, all while beautifully delivered by Eartha Kitt.  Paired with a unique bit of animation, this sequence is one of the more hilarious parts of the movie.

The Case for The Tale of Mister Babadook:
